Unlimited Freedom Plan From Sprint Leaves Competitors Gasping

Sprint has released the Unlimited Freedom plan, sure to make competitors bite the dust! As per Sprint's announcement, the new unlimited plan comes bundled with additional features at no extra cost. Sprint is doing away with previous data plans and promotions while unveiling the new unlimited plan. The plan is offered in various tiers to meet the requirements of different customers. Under the new Unlimited Freedom plan, you can subscribe to a single line for $50 a month. If you opt for two lines, the rate gets reduced to $40 per line monthly. The plan further reduces the price to $30 per line monthly if you opt for four lines at the same time. Each of these plans has unlimited data, talk, and text. Added features including HD streaming content and 10GB per month per line mobile hotspot access come at no extra cost. A side-by-side comparison of the new unlimited plan with its nearest competitor Verizon reveals customers can save $720 yearly if they subscribe to Sprint's new Unlimited Freedom plan. The unlimited plan is also available for business users with attractive packages.

Unlimited Plan Demand On The Rise

With the advancement of technology in mobile computing and the rise of social media platforms, users demand unlimited data access. Greater user adoption of IoT (Internet of Things) smart-connected devices also warrants unlimited data access at homes. Arguably the largest in terms of spectrum holding, Spectrum has more than 120 MHz of the high-band 2.4 GHz spectrum. Combining this with its larger network capacity, Sprint can handle more customers and provide unlimited high-speed data exchange and transfer. Chief Marketing Officer, Roger Solé, commented, "More than 90 percent of our customers are already choosing unlimited plans. Within the first year, Verizon’s and AT&T’s unlimited plans will cost consumers at least 50 percent more!” Senior Research Director at Parks Associates, Harry Wang, lauded Sprint's aggressive marketing strategy in capturing the market segment. He said, "Sprint's simplicity of unlimited data plan negates individual service features, such as data rollover or zero-rating video service. The return of unlimited plans from all major U.S. mobile operators is good news for consumers. It reflects operators’ growing confidence in their network." Sprint is retiring the popular "50% Off" plan while simultaneously moving away from all its metered-rate plans. In one swiping move, Sprint is shaking up the entire industry. Sprint is now focusing on offering unlimited plans to new and existing customers alike. Sprint is sprinting towards becoming the wireless carrier of choice for all US homes.
